Jessica is an awesome instructor! Her encouraging and positive attitude kept me going when I wanted to stop from exhaustion. Also, I had forgotten that there was complimentary coffee post class since it was Tuesday, so I was extra pumped as I left. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly, as if we’re old friends. Excellent start to my day!

    Full Row

This was THE BEST Row House class I've ever taken!! When I walked in I was greeted so warmly even though it was my second time in the studio. The studio is beautiful and clean. Ashley was AMAZING! I've taken many Row House classes elsewhere and Ashley is a gem of a coach. She was encouraging and motivating and had me smiling and laughing throughout the class, too! She gave great form tips and really helped us find the proper intensity from song to song. Even with a small class she brought A LOT of energy and connected with each of us individually on multiple occasions. I can't say enough how great of a coach Ashley is and how wonderful this studio and community feels!!

I now know the hype of this place! Everyone is super supportive, personal, and it is an uplifting environment, shout outs, high fives and a true support group. Lindsay was a great instructor, motivating and kept it challenging! The workout itself today was intense for my first one but they had plenty of modified options. I feel accomplished!

I was nervous to try out a new studio and a little skeptical that I would have a challenging workout without the heavy weights I’m used to, but I had the best workout and experience! Mary Courtney was so incredibly welcoming (even before I told her it was my first time). She pointed out 2 other class participants who are fellow instructors so that I could look to them to mimic moves. The music was really loud and I’m hard of hearing so couldn’t always hear the movement instructions, but watching the other class members helped and Mary Courtney came around to give adjustments and pointers so I felt really supported. After the class, I was sore for a couple days! Can’t wait to go back.
