Other reviewers said they felt this class was mostly stretching, but I found this to be challenging — tons of ab work, plus some leg work and weighted arm work. I definitely got a good workout despite not breaking into a sweat. Try it!

Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.
