see all reviewsHad a blast at barre3 this morning! Aimee is super sweet and helpful, I really appreciate the time she took after class for my questions! The range of classes, especially the early options, fit perfectly into my schedule, so that’s a plus. It's definitely a solid full-body workout, but also what I love is the chill cooldown with a dash of mindfulness at the end. I left feeling like I have a lot of room to grow, which is a good thing in my book— keeps me excited to come back and level up! ✅✅✅

see all reviewsPamela was great. One of the calmer Barre classes I’ve been to yet still challenging. Totally unrelated to her, the studio should definitely have hair ties that are free to use. I go to tons of different exercise studios at a similar price point, and they all provide hair ties in case you forget one. Target sells a pack of 50 for $4. Seems like something the studio could afford to provide.

It was to my delight that I got to experience barre, with an excellent instructor, in the midst of aromatherapy and beautiful art! I hope I can attend another session with Rachel :-)

see all reviewsThe instructor was nice and respected everyone's individual pace and explained the circuit before. The room was warm but had soft lighting rather than harsh fluorescent lights. the routine for my heart rate up and kept it up until cooldown. I would go again.
