    I love BURN and this was my first class with Asantra. She was friendly, energetic, and provided great explanation and coaching around each exercise. I loved that this SHRED class was fast paced with a variety of stations, but since we visited each station twice it wasn’t difficult to remember what to do.

    Lisa is the epitome of an athlete. Her class will push you to and through your limits and challenge you to fight for yourself. I am so happy to have an instructor who has the knowledge she does. It is a blessing to have her twice a week as an instructor and I can feel a difference in my endurance and strength from working with her! She helps me to see how special and rewarding it is to work hard! Tuesday and Thursday’s are a treat!
