see all reviewsI went to a Durability session and really enjoyed it. Dakota was great, from going through how class will flow to correcting my form throughout the workout. I really appreciated the suggestions on how to improve as someone new to strength training. 5 stations with 2 rounds at each station made the class go by quickly. I'll be back for sure!
