The class was well-organized, fast paced, and really fun! It was my first class at F45 and Sam gave me a detailed run thru before class and checked in throughout. Really supportive group too, got a couple fist bumps afterwards

Such a fun workout! One of the better, more enjoyable dance cardio classes I’ve taken. It’s a great class for all sizes and levels. Great music playlist too!

I really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

Very nice coach! She was involved and encouraging. Offered good variations for people with injuries and for those more advanced. It was a small group of 5 at 7am on a Saturday, great way to start the day.

I love the pulse strength classes. They’re so upbeat, supportive, and fun. I always come out of a class feeling much better than I walked in. All the instructors are motivating and encouraging. They always demonstrate the movements before the workout and provide advices for better form during.
