High Rise
see all reviewsThe class was well-organized, fast paced, and really fun! It was my first class at F45 and Sam gave me a detailed run thru before class and checked in throughout. Really supportive group too, got a couple fist bumps afterwards

see all reviewsThis class was amazing! It was only me and one other person so Tracy was really able to assist us in making sure each movement was the proper form. I loved how we focused on abs and arms as sometimes arms don’t get too much attention in the normal class. The stretching was amazing as well!

see all reviewsThis was a great class. I’d stopped doing weight training altogether because I kept using weights that were too heavy for me. Jase created a routine that was super challenging but good for all fitness levels. I’m excited to get back to strength training. Thank you Jase for a great workout and the encouragement!

see all reviewsThe gym itself and all of the equipment was clean and organized. They had everything we would want. The main issue is that there are open gym times through class pass in which no one is working at the front desk (on week days staff is only there at 4) and no one was available over phone to let us into the facility. I’m not sure why they allow open gym time for non-members when no one will be there to let you in.

Gina did a great job at not only guiding the flow but specifying exact muscles to focus on. Would definitely recommend!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

see all reviewsEveryone was so nice and welcoming! It felt so satisfying learning some of the moves. This class is more so an intro to a long term commitment of learning rather than a one time class so keep that in mind. Regardless it was really cool to learn about the history and some of the moves of this dance/martial arts!

Only critique was the family atmosphere isn't what I was really looking for. I think its great that it's an option but I found it a little distracting. Overall still would reccomend for others.
