The class is able to be modified but it was intense for me. I made it through two of four circuits so I’m counting that as a win for myself. I will be back. I don’t know when, but I will be!

I started with once a week on Thursdays, regular reformer and I recently added on the Tuesday evening hardcore class and I have had at least 3 different people mention that I have slimmed down. My girlfriend, who is brutally honest, said my stomach is about half the size it was a few months ago. 💜 Thank you Jill! Always a new routine, never boring. A lot of work but she doesn’t ever ask for more than like 5 reps. You can get through 5 reps of anything and the class is done so quickly. The best!

see all reviewsI liked the location and the cleanliness of the facility. This is for an advanced fitness experience for sure. Be ready to work. The instructor is kind and very helpful. I only give a 4/5 because I want to know before I go what we will do and for me it was too much cardio and not enough weights. But many like that … I like to lift heavy and move slower. I am 54 and consider myself very fit. I would try another class though that was not full body to see the difference.
