The instructor gave good tips for form and tries to make you feel included! However, if you are accustomed to other forms of exercise, I would highly recommend a higher level class.

I liked how the Full Body class was full body, but focused on two muscle groups. There isnt too much of a warm up and no cool down, so I suggest getting to class early to do those things!

This is a style that will leave your body shaking afterwards as it works the small muscles that don't get the same attention during a strength training session or a run.
