    The staff at CB Matthews were amazing! First time at this location and absolutely loved the warm welcome they provided me with. On my locker there was : My name + plus a motivational message + Bike number already assign = pure happiness and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The instructor Liz was amazing, motivational and encouraging.     Dorian is such a vibe! Haven’t taken a spin class since college and I’m just getting back into a fitness grove. Dorian’s instruction is direct, caring, and humorous. Dorian welcomed newcomers warmly and encouraged us to both honor and challenge our bodies. Playlist was fire and it’s my second class. Come in nervous, left feeling way more confident. 10/10 recommend. Loved seeing so many different ages, bodies, and styles of spin in one space!     I was promptly greeted by their friendly manager, Nick. I think bc it was my first time at this location. There were also plenty of helpful, friendly faces. Shoe rentals are free here. Towels are already placed on each bike. Love the space and parking at the mall is ample and easy. Emily Grace is awesome, very nice and, though I haven’t taken a class with any other instructors, would be a good choice if you’re a beginner!

    Dashia was AMAZING! She gave me so much motivation to push myself for this 6am class which I’m not gonna lie, it was so hard to get out of bed for it but I’M SO HAPPY I DID! The music was great and the overall vibes were just amazing. Another plus was they offer a shower which was great so I could go straight to work.
