AIR® Foundation (All Level Aerial Fitness)

Even though I read the full description, I went in thinking it would be similar to Aerial CLT. It was NOT and I loved that. I do love Aerial CLT! However, what I really enjoyed about this class was the fitness aspect. I was challenged from start to finish and Jenni was very helpful. Friendly, spacious atmosphere and a great workout.

    Rise & Shine Aerial Yoga

This class was sooo lovely! I will definitely return and try to make this a regular activity in my routine. Shannon was so patient and encouraging. Her voice was so calming, and she explained each movement very well. She also provided assistance when needed. I highly recommend this class!

Rebecca was great! She was patient. She was helpful. This was a great class for me because I was allowed to take my time. I needed a good stretch, and the class provided the stretch needed. Thanks Rebecca!

Kiara, owner is a talented dancer and businesswoman. She used a lighthearted nature with silly jokes, remained professional and adhered to her policies, yet made me feel welcome and at ease, somehow. I got an amazing workout and it felt so, so good to be in a studio dancing. I love that it’s not a “hospital feel” with FUN, colored/dim lightings as opposed to fluorescent lights which are so bad for folks with migraines and is just not as relaxing or inviting as their neat rope lighting. General aesthetic was bomb. Love how it’s not a giant studio, less intimidating that way. I took two classes so far, and can’t wait to come back!

    Silks - Fundamentals

I've been taking silks fundamentals classes pretty consistently for over the past month and it is amazing how much progress you make here with the help of the instructors. I like that they go at your own pace. You're usually with other people in the class who've been going for longer than you and some that are just beginning. It's really neat to look forward and backward at the moves that you learn for the fundamentals of aerial silks. Just overall I love the class structure and I've liked every single instructor. They are very patient with me as I learn, but they also keep it moving and challenge me if I'm up for it. So far, silks is the only apparatus I've tried, but I would like to try all them at some point.
