Instructors were kind and gave lots of instructions. Exercises were tough but adaptable for people with minimal strength experience. Good form foundation is helpful before joining a gym like this. Music was a little dub-steppy for my tastes, but this is Denver after all.

Everyone was so helpful! The class was difficult as a beginner but manageable. The instructor kept the energy high and ensured everyone was having a good time. He even remembered everyone’s names to connect with during the class to keep you motivated.

What an amazing class. Abigail implemented strength, balance, core work, relaxation, connection to breath… I could go on. All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered. Can’t wait to go again next Monday. Thank you for holding space so beautifully, Abigail!
