Hoping to get as good as some of the other folks in the class but in the meantime I’ll keep returning to child’s pose as needed lol. Already looking forward to the next class.

All the moves weren’t too hard to follow but it was definitely not easy either. All the classes I ever took with Corepower was great, but this was the best one yet.
