    Kickboxing Combos

Clean space, friendly front desk and over all staff. Jose was great, I always want more from a playlist though! Solid class for all levels! Jose was attentive and positive during the entire class. If you’re thinking about it, then try it!

    Cardio Kickboxing

This is the best class on ClassPass, don’t be fooled by the kids classes during the day. Master Yu and Master Marco are awesome and really skilled instructors. Attendance is ramping back up after Covid so the class is extra small and masked so you have peace of mind. Sometimes you get to pick the music too! Love this place.

    Qigong

David’s very informative about his practice. His calm teaching style makes for a relaxing class. I’ve to practice the bow and arrow and owl poses!
