    Overthrow Ring Work

Best workout I've ever had in ClassPass. I was literally a chalk outline at the end! Loved it and loved Queen!!!! She makes sure you're learning the right technique and once I started doing things correctly I got a killer ab workout I wasn't expecting!

Rich brings a lot of intensity to workout so that you are dripping sweat right away. Very challenging and cardio intensive. Yoga at the end is nice but I wish he focused more on form and alignment. His postures are a bit too fast paced and ambitious for a 15 min yoga component. All around great workout

Paul yells a lot and plays music really loudly compared to the other instructors. Not mad at it though, just know he's intense from jump. That said he's conscious of people's different skill levels and will do what he can to make sure you do things correctly.

    Kettlebell Training

Great class. Focuses entirely on kettle work with no cardio (which was a nice mix up). You go barefoot and do 30 seconds of something, 30 seconds rest, sometimes one minute on then one minute off. I liked the simplicity of the workout, which meant you could try heavier weights versus the boot camp style classes where you're just trying to catch up.

    Women's Only Self-Defense MMA

Amazing! Learned how to punch and kick and block. I expected this to be mostly theory but it was cool to get plenty of practice with lots of hands on attention. There was mitt work and bag work. Sometimes martial arts studios can be intimidating, but Master Jojo and everyone else were so welcoming and friendly. Got a great workout. Really fun and very useful.

    Boxing - All Levels

Always a great workout! This class is full during the day on a work day so I think thats definitely a testament to the great combination of technique and conditioning. There is no partner work but a good part of the class is shadowboxing to throw accurate punches and practice footwork combos

    Boxing

I didn’t feel comfortable at first with some of the hands-on adjustments to my waist area & outer thigh area. I think he could’ve given a blanket heads-up beforehand or something. That said, I did really appreciate the one-on-one attention because I usually feel really dumb and clumsy in boxing classes where I’m trying really hard to look tough and mean! So overall I’d prolly go back to this place and recommend it to others just for the precision factor alone.

Good interval-style work out. You get what you put into it. Would be helpful for instructor to share a bit more about what each exercise aims to target so that the students can know what to focus on.
