Instructor amazing. Are socks optional? If so, many people were not wearing socks (gross). Also, no hand towels to dry hands and no deodorant. Lacking essential things needed after a class.

Great class! Zach was high energy and corrected my form several times and most importantly linked all movements with breath work, which I forget to do sometimes. I’ll be signing up for this class again soon!

The BodyRok teacher you’ve been looking for! Katherine is so clear in her instructions, it makes transitions easy. Her music was great and the class was tough in exactly the way you want it to be. She gave modifications with each exercise so you could make it more challenging or a bit less so. She’s encouraging and motivating—don’t miss her class!

    305 CARDIO Throwback Thursday

Alia had amazing energy. I was tired all day long. Ten minutes into class I was jumping, dancing, yelling, so full of energy! Amazing! Also kudos to the live dj who I think is also controlling all the lights. The black lights were so fun :)

Great class with Chrissy! I like Hit House because it’s very easy to take the workout up or down a notch depending on your fitness level (or how you’re feeling that day). Chrissy has a very upbeat attitude without being too over the top!

    Kickboxing (All Levels)

Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

breath work meditation: spirit of breath

This was my first time coming here and it was amazing. The instructor Daniella is amazing, super friendly and she is so easy to follow. She made me feel very comfortable. The whole vibe in the studio itself was very calming, there was incense burning as I walked in. I highly recommend this class with Daniella!

Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

    SOHO - SURF & SHORE @ ARLO SOHO ROOFTOP - BEG/INT

What a fun class. I went with a friend. In the summer, It’s 12 people on a rooftop doing ab and balance work on surfboards that are set On Balance balls. This guy seems to know a lot about surfing (I know nothing), so it was an educational and fun session. I’d go back for the workout personally, not sure if I have an interest in surfing—both motives were welcome though. If you did have an interest, it sounds like a fun place to meet people.
