    Overthrow Underground Boxing

High energy, constant movement - dance like! Loved the rythmic quality and consistency of the class. Not too many drills like other classes, very much boxing focused but super fun and challenging. Shes so kind but motivating and definitely an inspiration. Looking forward to returning to Alicias classes!

    Muay Thai Kickboxing

So many reasons to love this studio: it is impeccably clean unlike most boxing studios. Its an all body workout and the bags are soft so you can kick hard without bruising shin. The instructor walks around and gives personal corrections.

So good. Liv has a seemingly endless supply of energy and her coaching style/language is just right. I hadn’t been to the studio in a while and I love the new shower/changing room situation. The one thing I’d say that wasn’t great, is that the music was so loud it was hard to hear some of the cueing, including during the yoga portion, so I’d have to look around and see what other people were doing sometimes to figure out what I was supposed to be doing.

    Box Work

Paul yells a lot and plays music really loudly compared to the other instructors. Not mad at it though, just know he's intense from jump. That said he's conscious of people's different skill levels and will do what he can to make sure you do things correctly.

Amazing! Learned how to punch and kick and block. I expected this to be mostly theory but it was cool to get plenty of practice with lots of hands on attention. There was mitt work and bag work. Sometimes martial arts studios can be intimidating, but Master Jojo and everyone else were so welcoming and friendly. Got a great workout. Really fun and very useful.

Wow so relaxing . I had some aching back pain before class, and Dana gently guided us through a relaxing full body release sequence that helped me walk out the door with no pain at all. MELT is amazing and its incredibly restorative . I really enjoyed this class !
