    Due to a last minute instructor change, the studio graciously let me switch to Revolutions with David. His class was INCREDIBLE and literally the most fun I’ve ever had in a spin class. I can’t wait to return. Huge shout out to the studio for accommodating my request to swap- their customer service does not go unnoticed.

    So much FUN. Learned the choreo for Beyoncé, next week is Britney Spears and we actually learn the dance from the video. Instructor was awesome. He said to bring heels just in case you want to take things up a notch.

    Pole 1 (Beginner)

    Anna is an AMAZING teacher and also demonstrated everything she taught beautifully. I was surprised at how much I could do as a beginner, given that I have very little upper body strength. I couldn't do almost everything for a lot of class, and then discovered I could do some of those things toward the end of class. My body adjusted!

    Davinity Method - Power Pole Class

    First time at this studio, instructor Davina was very friendly, encouraging & supportive. If you are apprehensive about taking a pole class, this would be great for a new person like myself, will teach you what you need to be strong to do things on the pole. First part of class is more fitness related to what you will need later on the pole. I hope to be back!
