    Hip Hop Abs+ [All Levels]

    Jessica has great energy. It’s Less of a hip hop class though, more of a workout dance class. There is choreography to remember but it’s not always shown ahead of time so you just have to just go with it. You’ll only know it if you’re a regular.

    Pole 1 (Beginner)

    Anna is an AMAZING teacher and also demonstrated everything she taught beautifully. I was surprised at how much I could do as a beginner, given that I have very little upper body strength. I couldn't do almost everything for a lot of class, and then discovered I could do some of those things toward the end of class. My body adjusted!

    Davinity Method - Power Pole Class

    First time at this studio, instructor Davina was very friendly, encouraging & supportive. If you are apprehensive about taking a pole class, this would be great for a new person like myself, will teach you what you need to be strong to do things on the pole. First part of class is more fitness related to what you will need later on the pole. I hope to be back!
