    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

Love this class. Sara is such a wonderful distraction from the intense but very fun workout with her bubbly and bright personality. Also the workout is ACTUALLY challenging. My fave in a very long time at any studio I’ve been to.

Danielle is amazing, this was a great class and great studio! Sometimes classes get a little busy and it is a very social environment before and after class but this really adds to the energy and focus during class! Can’t wait for my next class!

It was my first time visiting Kardia and I had an amazing cycling class here. Although I probably shouldn’t have done legs in the gym yesterday and did cycling today with lots of incline, it was still fun and a good workout! Thank you Olivia for being so sweet and helpful! Looking forward to visiting again!

    Hot Core-lates

Hot pilates is defo something new and I absolutely loved it. For me personally, the temperature in the room was just enough, not deadly boiling but still sweating a LOT. Would definitely recommend to try at least once, and I’ll definitely be back.
