The music made it easier to push through the pain too. I think beginners might struggle, definitely need some level of fitness for this class.

see all reviewsI have tried a few places for pilates around the inner west, and this is definitely the best place. I totally recommend it. Is a medium-sized studio, and the teachers can help each person in the class to improve. They are clear and dedicated. I especially recommend the class with Christian, perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and fun.
