    Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

I absolutely loved Ryan though. He had a great energy, and I loved this hip opening flow. Also one of the best playlists Ive practiced to in a while.     Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

    I had never done a sculpt restore class before as I feared it wouldn’t be challenging enough for my liking, but Alec provided options and modifications to increase the level of every single set if that’s what we were looking for and it made a huge difference!     Loved this profile, especially after the countless painfully dreadful BX classes that I’ve attended recently, all which have been cardio + core based with no KB/DB strength movement. Workout consisted of 4, 7min stations with a buy-in cardio goal, followed by an AMRAP in remaining time of 2 other moves: 1. Run 500m / 20 jump switch lunges (I subbed in DB Reverse lunges) / 20 Plank shoulder taps 2. Row 600m / 20 KB swings / 20 SDLHP 3. 40 DB lateral box step ups over the top / 20 DB push press / 20 DB DL 4. 60 bike cals / 20 burpees / 20 air squats (I subbed in racked Squats) Overall a great mix of lower + upper body work with a solid strength component + ample cardio. I’ve gone to flybarre for years and her classes are still challenging and some of my favorites. One note though-Flywheel does need to wipe down the mats more often.     Michael ran an incredible class today. It was awesome that everyone started on treads so the instructions were clear but also he spoke very clearly and was easy to follow. He even corrected my form and that never happens at Barry’s. During some of the floor exercise examples I couldn’t see him but it’s because of the way the room is setup.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    Great workout with perfect speed pyramids and awesome lower body exercise band sets. Loved how the playlist had songs at just the right BPM for the treadmill workout.
