    Sui Sun Moon

I’ve taken several Sun Moon classes and this was by far my favorite. Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

I recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Eric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

    Y6 Power

I signed up for power yoga. I didn’t read the description before booking. It’s a hot yoga but manageable. The instructor was good. I just wish she had a mic. I couldn’t hear the instructions that well over the music and relied on looking at people around me.

    Morning Flow

Perfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.

Ft. Lee: BLISS FLOW - 60min (Level 1/2)

I’m a huge fan of Pure Bliss - always such a wonderful experience. Zeni’s class is phenomenal; a true oasis for the body and much needed mind sanctuary. I love the rhythm of the poses in this routine, and how it gracefully lends to modifications - approachable for a wide range of skill levels.
