This was a great class. Yes, there were only three of us there so it might not be this way with a bigger class, but the instructor was very attentive and provided adjustments. I definitely worked up a sweat but I think that a beginner would still feel welcomed going to this class.

Finally found the yoga studio I was looking for in the neighborhood!!! Loved the instructor: started and ended the class chanting om, hands on gentle adjustments, wind chimes and aromatherapy by the end of the class. Left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. AMAZING VIBE

Courtney was great and this class was just what I needed to start the day. Mindful movement with the breath that worked every single inch of me. Her adjustments and assists were awesome. Felt totally zen and rejuvenated by the end of class.

Lovely class in a lovely space. I felt transported out of the city. There is an emphasis on community; you are invited to share in a brief circle at the beginning of class. Normally I'm not into this, but Alicia made me feel very welcomed and accepted.

I really liked Graham! He made yoga fun and playful and not about the stretchiest poses but feeling good in yourself. I wish he walked around the class though—if you were in the back, you felt pretty far/it was hard to see!

I liked this instructor more the second time around; she was much warmer. However, my one piece of feedback is that she could benefit from touching you more gently; she kinda just brashly pushes you into a pose or gives you a rough massage at the end. It threw me off guard.

Instructor was amazing! She was very easy to relate to and connect with! Some teachers can act overly zen to the point where it feels forced but not her, I appreciated that! She taught us at a nice pace, neither too fast nor too slow, and as someone extremely new to Yoga I felt comfortable and welcome!

This is a beautifully led class! The energy in the room is amazing with Leslie. It is more of a stretch/yin style class in my opinion rather than flow, but it was exactly what I needed. It did have some flow, just not as vigorous as some of the other classes here. Would definitely come back!

Rachel was very helpful and the flow pace was good. I signed up because I am pretty new to yoga and this still felt challenging but very energizing. Her adjustments helped me get a deeper stretch. The studio is clean and intimate/cozy and felt comfortable even on a 85 degree day. I would come back. There is mat rental and a cooler of drinks for sale and rx bars (my fave).

Instructor had an amazing energy and smile!equally fun and challenging. Definitely not for total beginners in yoga, I don’t do HIIT type of workouts so it was hard, definitely sore after, but I really enjoyed it! The music was good but it was a bit hard to hear the instructions with music and fans - luckily there were only 2 other students so I was close to the instructor but can imagine it being hard to follow along in the fuller class. Maybe teachers should get a mic?
