Definitely a good workout. Maybe not for beginners or if you don’t know the basics of a lot of poses bc there’s not a lot of instruction behind that. But definitely sweaty yoga!!

    POWER in 45!

Great cueing to help you engage and do the movements correctly. room was not as hot as I would have liked, and did detract from my heart rate rising. could just be the first day of winter, and that the room wasn't heated as well.

Pure Core | Advanced Fire Level

Definitely an advanced class - but doable! Since moving from the city, I’ve struggled to find classes in the Jersey City/ Hoboken area in general that expect more from you but this was super athletic and challenging. Highly recommend if you want to really push yourself and not just get a gold star for showing up!

    DMCW Yoga Wheel

This was one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever had. The yoga wheel is one of the best discoveries of my life. The instructor was a true yogi—gentle and supportive. I stood on my head in the middle of the room for the first time. I can’t wait to go back.

Going Deep with Voice & Sound

Greg is super nice and down to earth, and the students and space are also very calm and have a grounded energy. The sound and voice meditation was lovely, and I liked the instructor’s subtle, intuitive playing of the instruments to create a deep sense of space. Will be back.

    The Yoga Experience

Class is small. Normally 3-5 people. Teacher is very helpful. It is more of a stretch class then yoga though. I really enjoy it. Also the locker room facilities are fantastic. Showers, sauna, steam rooms.

    Buti Yoga

Instructor had an amazing energy and smile!equally fun and challenging. Definitely not for total beginners in yoga, I don’t do HIIT type of workouts so it was hard, definitely sore after, but I really enjoyed it! The music was good but it was a bit hard to hear the instructions with music and fans - luckily there were only 2 other students so I was close to the instructor but can imagine it being hard to follow along in the fuller class. Maybe teachers should get a mic?
