I love hit house so much! Super friendly, clean, organized. A really fun but hard workout! I also feel like I’m actually learning how to properly make punches and kicks. Love the new sandbag element. Really helps take the class a bit further with toning!

Teon has to manage a lot of levels in these all levels classes. I appreciate that he is able to give beginning students as well as not-so-beginning students pointers throughout class. also tonight's playlist was on point!

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

Great training, the instructor took time to teach me the basics so I can actually continue with this sport. I’d say this is more for people serious about learning kickboxing techniques than for people wanting a quick cardio workout, although you’ll definitely work up a sweat
