    Uhm I can’t believe I paid credits to come here. I feel like CP should credit me back my credits and give me more as a trophy for somehow making it through this class. Anyway, this was psychotic. Hated every minute of it. It hurts to laugh cause my abs are so sore. I’ll be back cause I’m a psychopath!!

    This was by far my favorite (and most difficult) solidcore class ever. Jada was the perfect mix of motivating, challenging and overall just fun. There was no time wasted and I didn’t even have a second to think about anything - just had to push through! Left the class feeling like the best version of myself.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    I was pleasantly surprised by this class. The instructor was really really great- hands on, helpful, authentic & kind with great energy. Usually classes don’t live up to their expectation in regards to classes being hard and a good workout (an example for me would be fhitting room). This class was very challenging and I am still sore two days later. I feel like I finally feel my stomach muscles. I was a little lost and overwhelmed in the beginning of the workout because it moves quickly but kind of just went with it. It’s one I’d definitely try again and encourage others to try.

    This workout isn't for everyone. It's a super tough class that's not designed to cater to those who need modifications or breaks. My concern is this kind of environment can lead to injury if students aren't aware enough to know when the pain is leading to injury, not just working your muscles to failure. I particularly have noticed more shoulder tension since I started these classes. That said, it definitely is a good full body workout.

    Super challenging and effective class. Kristin spend a lot of time explaining the machine and demonstrating exercises before class. Don’t recommend for people that are new to megareformer workouts. Wish the music was a little softer; will have to bring ear plugs next time.

    This location is brand new and so nice! The instructor was very friendly. While they usually don’t demo the exercises, Melinda did because there were only 2 of us. She also corrected posture so I felt like I really knew what I was doing- which is not always the case when I have to rely on verbal cu only
