    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    My first regular (not Essentials) SLT class and I absolutely loved it. Lanae is a fabulous teacher. Loved the interval style she used today, whereby we did a series of three exercises in a row and then cycled back through them all. It was nice to not have to stay in the same exercise for super long, but still get to come back to it and hit it again. I sweat my ass off. And she played great music.

    Tough class and have a good sore in my muscles.music was a little loud and the instructor’s mic was a little blown out (other students and i all made eye contact when we couldn’t hear the instructions so i don’t think it was just a sound issue with me) so hard to hear her instructions but thankfully it was a small class so was able to get individual attention when I missed a cue.

    Loved this class. It’s a bit different from other megareformer workouts but is still very effective. Appreciated that music wasn’t blaring like at other studios, however the floors could use a sweeping. Jen was welcoming and encouraging and demonstrated a lot of the exercises on the megareformer which was helpful.
