Natalie alone was worth the whole class… her voice queues and upbeat yelps and battle cries were so much fun and inspiring to keep going. Loved her focus on form and alignment and encouragement to each person in class. Plus a phenomenal playlist. Huge props.

    Hot Vinyasa Flow

I have been going to Santokh for a few months now. Jessica is by far my favorite instructor at Santokh. Her class is structured perfectly and goes by fast. Such an amazing flow. It is the perfect balance between winding down and a productive workout. At the end of class she gives each attendee essential oil as well. It’s a great way to close out the night. Santokh is an amazing studio. Well kept, clean, and spacious. The hot room is one of the best I’ve seen in NJ. The owner is very attentive and friendly. He is always at the desk and remembers my name every time. I am truly so happy to have stumbled upon this place. They have so many class times and a balance between hot and regular yoga. They even have a sauna! -Anjalee

    In-Studio Open Level (heated)

I had the pleasure of attending my first yoga class with Tamra. Hot yoga was an incredible experience from start to finish. I am dripping with sweat, don’t forget your towel and plenty of water. Her passion for yoga shone through in every aspect of the class, with her soothing voice guiding us through poses to my catered to beginner level. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and eager to return again. Perfect afterwork class to destress.

Such a lovely xp! Beautiful space and super nice staff. Be aware that this is kundalini yoga, which is not focused on asana poses or movement but meditation and pranayama breathwork. It’s a very different kind of yoga compared to what is taught at almost all other studios. Great for clearing your mind and getting outside your comfort zone!

Flow and Restore Yoga for Women's Health

I loved this yoga class so much! Tara is wonderful — and the space is so intimate and beautiful. I feel like a lot of yoga classes in NYC are super rushed and hectic — focused on generating a “burn” rather than teaching you the movements and providing mental recuperation. But after Tara’s class, I truly felt restored/healed🫶

This Pilates Class was small and intimate. If you are taking the first morning class, you have to wait for the floor to be unlocked on the elevator. Yan was helpful when I struggled to do some of the exercises. She also ran the class bilingually (mandarin and English). Overall , it was a good class and I would definitely come back.

Art of Tabla - Immersive Hand and Finger Drumming Class

Free flowing session was really fun and you can tell Siddhartha puts his heart into it. A lot of esoteric conversation. Lots of tablas and other assorted percussive instruments. He’s a great tabla drummer! Would recommend going into a session with an open mind and no expectations. We went for a n “experience” which gets you acquainted with the instruments and Siddhartha. Only 1 of each instrument and experiences are unstructured. He is self taught and likely to help guide you along your own journey of becoming self taught. Space quite small.
