    Open Level Vinyasa Flow

Juan is the loveliest human. I take his noon class every Saturday; his flows are always new, surprising and unlike any other teacher's. I look forward to this ritual, and rely on it. Love.

    JM Vinyasa (Open Level)

Loved the instructor! As some reviews say, this studio is certainly not for everyone. It’s intense IMO, and mostly everyone who goes are intermediate or advanced. That said, you can still go if you’re up for a challenge.

The nest 2.0 is looking fab. The OG charm still remains, but the studio is next level now after doubling in size overall, with expansions/upgrades to the practice area and v chill lounge space. Plus the yoga continues to be top notch!

    Morning Flow

Great class! Loved that she taught us the flow sequence and then let us do it on our own once before moving on. Always feels great to move on my own and to be given the space and structure to do so! Good mix of harder muscle-toning yoga and restful poses at the end.

    Kundalini Yoga + Sound Healing

Amazing, magical, intense and shifting. I would recommend you know a little bit about kundalini before going to this class. It is truly spiritual and an understanding of the kundalini foundations alongside an open heart are necessary. Class goes on longer than 9pm so don’t have somewhere to go right after. The sound journey was divine. I will be back! Satnam!

    Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Extremely beautiful experience with the best gong bath I have ever had. Siri Rishi is a power of nature and the class left me beaming with energy, yet extremely grounded. The studio is amazing, yogi tea and Palo Santo included. They have mats and meditation pillows to use which is great! Will b back.

Going Deep with Voice & Sound

Greg is super nice and down to earth, and the students and space are also very calm and have a grounded energy. The sound and voice meditation was lovely, and I liked the instructor’s subtle, intuitive playing of the instruments to create a deep sense of space. Will be back.

    Stretch and Flow

This is a great class for those of us with an injury or just wanting a chill experience. I hurt my foot recently, and have had neck problems on and off again for years. I loved that our teacher showed us modifications for almost every pose and showed us how to use the blocks and blankets (most people don’t go into that much detail about the blocks). She came around and corrected people if their posture in the pose wasn’t correct. I found it relaxing.
