    Elizabeth is one of the best coaches on Classpass. MRUC is all about perceived effort rather than numbers, which I love. Elizabeth was great at giving cues and and encouragement. Like most people, I didnt think that paying to run on a treadmill would be valuable, but now Im sold. Whether youre looking to add some more cardio into your workout regime, training for a race, or just looking to let go of your day to day stresses, you can find that here. I get the same type of meditative benefits as I do with spin class but with the added bonus of getting a really intense workout. The music is amazing as well. The only suggestion I have is more empowering music and less techno (which personally doesnt do anything for me). It was my first class but Im coming back for sure. Thanks Elizabeth!

    The music at Switch was amazing. The theme was hip hop some from my college days ca. 2009 which was a good musical era. Jeff was cool, walking around and challenging us continuously. Other coaches were there to tell you what to do at your station. The locker rooms were also lovely with at least 5 showers, filtered water fountains and great shower products.

    This class was so fun! Great environment, Large room, cool lights, and fun music. There are 20 stations that you spend 2 minutes at each, alternating moves throughout-so you never get bored of the moves! There is a ski machine, erg, treadmill, bar bells, stair master, etc. You do have to go through stations with a partner though, so keep that in mind if you dont like that kinda thing.

    Kira Stokes is an Instagram legend so I was stoked (see what I did there ) to see her classes offered on classpass. She does give shout outs to her regulars but honestly what boutique fitness instructors doesn't?!     About an hour of solid, pure weight lifting with active recovery exercises ONLY. And as someone who is moderately active, it kicked my @ss. Radan pushes you to lift heavier and go stronger until you fatigue. NOBODY in my class was cruising. Facilities are sparse, but nice. Could use some products in the bathroom.     Beautiful studio with showers / locker room with locks. They rent mats $3 $sweat towels $3 or $5 combo. Filtered water fountain. Nice products. They sell clothes / matts/ drinks. Everyone is super friendly. And their doggie is the sweetest. Style is hot vinyasa flow. Usually three-4 rounds of guided followed by freestyle. They give out cold essential oil towels at the end which is a treat. Very close to canal street stop and easily assessable. Will recommend and be back!

    Always a good class. Compared to other boxing studios it’s more rounds of boxing moves and less burpees/squats etc. which I like. I can do my own squats and jumping jacks. Also the bishop is softer on your shin when you kick hard so it’s a better workout with no bruising!

Skylar does a terrific job splitting up her classes into a combo of circuits, EMOMs + AMRAPs, so we always get a good mix of strength + conditioning work.     Loved this profile, especially after the countless painfully dreadful BX classes that I’ve attended recently, all which have been cardio + core based with no KB/DB strength movement. Workout consisted of 4, 7min stations with a buy-in cardio goal, followed by an AMRAP in remaining time of 2 other moves: 1. Run 500m / 20 jump switch lunges (I subbed in DB Reverse lunges) / 20 Plank shoulder taps 2. Row 600m / 20 KB swings / 20 SDLHP 3. 40 DB lateral box step ups over the top / 20 DB push press / 20 DB DL 4. 60 bike cals / 20 burpees / 20 air squats (I subbed in racked Squats) Overall a great mix of lower + upper body work with a solid strength component + ample cardio.     The experience really varies depending on the size of the class. Still great but I wish they would have a separate class where they cap it at 6. There ended up being like around 18 people so there was a lot of rest time and didnt have as much of a camaraderie feel. I also feel like being on the tower and doing ab exercises is a little boring.     I was visiting NYC so I’ve never visited this location or taken a class with Casey before. But it was one of the best Barry’s classes I’ve ever taken. Casey’s instructions were very clear and demonstrated each move/exercise. The treadmill workouts were challenging. The floor exercises were lower body focused but we also had some upper body exercises in the mix as well. I highly recommend Casey’s classes to anyone who likes Barry’s Bootcamp.

    New to this studio. Top floor is the hit / bounce studio. Bounce is a trampoline choreographed class with intermittent weights, pushup, abs section. It takes a little time to get used to bouncing but even if you don’t get every move ur still working out. The warm up is ten min, the workout itself is only 24 min (8 circuits, each 40 seconds, 20 seconds of rest/transition for 3 rounds) leaving plenty of time for a finisher!     Tara is the best. Literally the best motivator, the best teacher and the most "together" instructor there is! The one thing that is frustrating is how the mats and floor aren't ever clean. This was the first class of the day and my mat was filthy. For such an otherwise upscale place this is really strange and this is a recurring issue. They should just have everyone clean their own mats after class if it is too much work to clean between sessions.

    Our instructor Megan was great, she took the time to correct my stance several times. Was concise and easy to follow. She also topped off the class with an adjustment and aromatherapy with tea tree oil. Playlist was a fun mix which helped to keep me engaged. The facilities need work, a lot of keys are missing on the lockers and the heat was disappointing. Temperature was turned on at 100 but it felt like 80 tops. I felt a strong draft from the window throughout the class.

    What a great class. Garrett is a great instructor, personable and offers hands on help with form and technique. Very motivating and an overall good workout. I never thought I’d get this much from rowing but he mixes it up well bw rowing, weights and other exercises. Highly recommend his class if you want to get a good cardio workout in.
