Morgan was awesome. Gave good whole-group corrections. Strength training was strategically designed to focus on different body parts- we actually got to fatigue the muscles. Great music, great energy. Thank you!

Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

Good workout. Idk if it’s worth 15 credits, but I definitely enjoyed it. The facilities are AMAZING!!! There is a dry bar across from the women’s locker room. The treadmills were great and very high tech. I’d go back!

Nothing does me as good as a hot yoga class. The heat and the inner peace I find in these classes is seriously amazing. I feel blessed, renewed, and happy anytime I get out of class. This studio is much cleaner and nicer than soho with great showers. I recommend always.

Loved the class! It’s great to start the weekend with a challenging workout. I won’t take away a star because the class is so awesome but they should insist that every single person wipes off their mat after they use them. Some people disinfect the mat and other people sweat all over it and then just put it back on the hooks...

Loved the flows, Michelle has a chill but direct voice, music was good, and loved the thoughtful insights at the end. Not into standing poses - and the studio is darker (in other words- a liiiiitle too dark) than soho’s, so the studio only gets 4 stars. Sorry. Overall the best yoga studio in the city. IMO

Loved this class! Ashley was an awesome leader. The flow was challenging and very well paced. Probably not for beginners but if you already like yoga, this is such a fun and unique way to take your practice to the next level.

Charlotte was very welcoming. I appreciated that, b/c it was my first time taking a hot yoga class. She went through 3 different flow routines, and each one had 3 repetitions. First time thru, poses were held a little longer as she talked us through the movements. Second time thru, a bit quicker. Third time thru, she invited us to go at our own pace, taking the poses that most spoke to us from what she’d just led. It was during the 3rd time of each set that the music was cranked up high so we could just concentrate on our own moves and bodies. Candle-lit studio was very soothing. After this experience, which included lots of sweating, I am up for trying another hot yoga class! If you take this, just remember to hydrate during the class.

Was my first time taking a cycling class in a long long time and the studio employees are really nice and show you where everything is and how it works, they also let you pick a bike if they’re available. Instructor was good and motivating and ran through everything for me but didn’t actually teach me how to click my shoes into the bike or how to get out of them, which was a little frustrating. Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation.
