I've been to the studio many times but this was my first with Scott. He was clear with instructions. One thing I really liked is that he did not talk too much while we where running. He did it so we could stayed focused on our form and pace without distractions. I will definitely go back to his class.

Really good class. Even though it was only 28 minutes of running, if you put your hardest you can get a really good sweat and the weighted section in his class is really good. I wish they had a 60 minute class that was high 45 and 15 minutes of weights

Less hard than usual but still fun! Also would recommend to the studio to label the resistance bands given they were used in multiple stations but you dont have time between rounds to test out which band is best suited for the next exercise

Steph is so awesome. As I've taken more classes I've seen that cyc goes beyond the physical exercise but the instructors are truly 'cycologists' in a sense as they say and inspire you to be stronger mentally and emotionally. I always take away some Pearl of wisdom they said and think of it throughout the day and week. Thank you! Ps: cyc in Hell's Kitchen has glam and go so after class you can get your hair done

Good workout! Not as intense as other physique classes Ive taken but still great. Theyve moved across the street from their previous location so everything is brand new and fancy. There arent any windows in the studio I was in, but I dont think thats a problem. Personally I prefer more mirror space which this place delivers on.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Jen!!! I just wish that she taught Nights and/or weekends on a regular basis bc I work a real job & rarely get the chance to catch her during her daytime slots. Otherwise she consistently provides a super tough class & manages to exhaust every section, whereas I find that some instructors will excel in one area such as thighs but then do shorter glutes & abs. Not Jen. Come ready to work & be challenged

Tyler was really great! Small class size at 5:30 so we all got a lot of individualized attention. Here is a hitting bag contraption he has invented called the bishop which is height adjustable, soft and springy. He really helps focus on teaching form. Class has a short warm up, some form practice, some combos intermixed with rapid fire, and cool down. An hour passed really quickly. You can rent quick raps and soft gloves for two dollars. No water to buy there but they have a filtered fountain. You will definitely sweat your butt off.

Omg I loved this profile tonight! One of the best in months due to its variety of movements, timing breakdown + longevity: 4 stations, 3 moves at each done AMRAP style for 4 mins, :30 rest, then 3 mins :30 rest, then a 2 min sprint of the cardio move (run, row, bike, prison step ups). We covered sumo DL, goblet squats, burpees, box jumps, chest press, v ups, push-ups, plate GTO, overhead plate lunges + jump switch lunges. Only slight caveat is that I wish more upper body work was covered to hit the back, but otherwise, this was put together incredibly well.
