    Elizabeth is one of the best coaches on Classpass. MRUC is all about perceived effort rather than numbers, which I love. Elizabeth was great at giving cues and and encouragement. Like most people, I didnt think that paying to run on a treadmill would be valuable, but now Im sold. Whether youre looking to add some more cardio into your workout regime, training for a race, or just looking to let go of your day to day stresses, you can find that here. I get the same type of meditative benefits as I do with spin class but with the added bonus of getting a really intense workout. The music is amazing as well. The only suggestion I have is more empowering music and less techno (which personally doesnt do anything for me). It was my first class but Im coming back for sure. Thanks Elizabeth!

    The music at Switch was amazing. The theme was hip hop some from my college days ca. 2009 which was a good musical era. Jeff was cool, walking around and challenging us continuously. Other coaches were there to tell you what to do at your station. The locker rooms were also lovely with at least 5 showers, filtered water fountains and great shower products.

    This class was so fun! Great environment, Large room, cool lights, and fun music. There are 20 stations that you spend 2 minutes at each, alternating moves throughout-so you never get bored of the moves! There is a ski machine, erg, treadmill, bar bells, stair master, etc. You do have to go through stations with a partner though, so keep that in mind if you dont like that kinda thing.

    I liked Delen- he was tough but I like instructors that push you so if you are looking for a lot of you cant do it you wont get that here. He did come around and thank everyone individually at the end of class. The workout was hard and with more practice I think it will be more effective. For my first time I felt challenged for sure. The gym is not fancy if you are looking for that this is not the place for you. Definitely will be back

    Ben is so great. He talks about form in a really helpful way, in order to help you become more efficient. Also he speaks in his normal voice, which I'm finding is becoming more and more of a rarity with flywheel instructors- so many of them are talking in this husky Susan Powter voice that is not only weird but also makes it so difficult to understand the cues. But not Ben! Ben is boss. Clear, warm, energetic, fun!

She does give shout outs to her regulars but honestly what boutique fitness instructors doesn't?!     We had Jane and Alec in class today which was such a treat! 2 instructors are great. And both of them were attentive to form and really encouraging. Alec always offers modifications too which is unexpected but an added bonus in a burnout class. My issue with this studio is that the people here seem to be more into taking pictures than actually working out. People were actively complaining about planking in this burnout class. Not cool. Totally took away from class.

    Im a huge fan of Amanda. I wish I could take her classes more often but I always feel so alive and inspired with her instruction. My only concern would be that it can be a bit sad as a student when you know the instructor gives adjustments to select people at the end of class/ in savasana.     About an hour of solid, pure weight lifting with active recovery exercises ONLY. And as someone who is moderately active, it kicked my @ss. Radan pushes you to lift heavier and go stronger until you fatigue. NOBODY in my class was cruising. Facilities are sparse, but nice. Could use some products in the bathroom.     Love this class, but I have to comment on the locker room. Love that they have showers unlike their other locations and Malin and Goetz products. However, there have been a few times now where the products were empty in the showers and I had to wait naked, in a towel, in the coed locker room for them to refill. They also only have one hair dryer. For $20, it would be of significant value add to their clients. Final thing is I'd prefer if they gave out more than one towel. With a coed bathroom especially,where you need to dry off and change immediately after showering, one towel doesn't really do the trick.

I turn the dial like 5 times and the gauge goes up from by maybe 1 but then toggles between 3 numbers yet turn off the resistance by like a half turn and all of a sudden you go from 6 to 2, its a little frustrating. Doesnt stop me from getting a great workout but I just wish it were more attuned to how much youre actually turning the dial.

Everyone is super friendly. And their doggie is the sweetest. Style is hot vinyasa flow. Usually three-4 rounds of guided followed by freestyle. They give out cold essential oil towels at the end which is a treat. Very close to canal street stop and easily assessable. Will recommend and be back!

    I really love this nyp studio. It’s so gorg. I only take their burnout classes bc I don’t find them too challenging so I worry the aaa classes will be too easy for me. This class was really good just a little too short for me. We ended after like 47 minutes and I wish we could’ve done more leg movements like lunges. But this class has a great ab and plank focus which I love and is why I keep coming back. Just for this price I want a class that’s longer.

    Good class, but be mindful that its not heated (I must have not read the description carefully). Studio is clean and well maintained. Mat towels cost extra if you want to use one but they provide good sized normal towels as well as post yoga cool scented washcloths
