I was avoiding because I was intimidated of feeling out of shape, but this is a really great place and fun class to start with. It was a challenge to finish, but felt so good to manage to so do so. The class begins with a solid and thorough warm up, and there is a good mix between conditioning, bag work, and even some unique “sparring” exercises that got everyone having fun! I loved that the instructor got both regulars and newbies excited to participate.

    Jaimie is such an A+ instructor— I wish I could take her class everyday. I would if I could! The class is challenging yet possible, and her music game is on point. My only minus is that the music and speakers are so loud that my ears ring after class. Maybe they should supply single use earplugs they do at some other studios?
