    Wow! What a class. Instructor was on point with queuing, instruction and form. Tricia was motivating and very friendly. The workout was awesome! As a 500+ class pass member I would have to say one of my favorite classes by far! Challenging, new and energizing. A must try!

    Great class - it’s follow along choreography so as long as you’ve done some hip hop dance cardio before, you can do it. I hate boring routines so this is perfect for me! There’s no direct cueing so you just need to pay attention which makes the time just fly by! If you want easy, no brainier moves, Zumba would be a better fit. This is more modern (and fun).
