    Awesome class! I’ve always been a fan of Rumble. This review is coming from someone who’s taking over 100 classes since they opened in New York City. You truly get your moneys worth here. The instructor was motivating , equipment is great, the treadmills are top notch and the Music just kept getting better. I’ve tried many classes in New York and like to test out other similar formats and the treadmill sections that other classes don’t compare at all to rumble training. I left feeling like I got an incredible physical and mental class!! Definitely take Rumble training !

    Amazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

It was my first yoga class ever! For me it was an intense level 7 but Im glad I stuck threw it. Bring a towel u will sweat !!!

    The instructor was super welcoming and nice! He took the time before class to show the new people how to use the machines and was encouraging throughout class. There is no judgment if you need to take breaks, which is great if you’re just starting out. It’s a tough workout! I think I’ll stick to foundations for a a bit.
