    Omggggggg, what a class!!! Chad changed things up in the best way possible + made this pretty much a ‘SBT Sig II’ format that had us moving nonstop the ENTIRE class with none of the usual stretch sections or breaks until the very end of the hour. After an in-depth arms/upper body weights section + plank work, we went straight into thighs, covering 4 positions, then flowed directly into our right side of glutes (standing barre hammie work with the ball; pivoting into standing side booty; standing split; into a killer floor side body mermaid, clamshell, hairpin series), then it was more plank work, another 4 sets of thighs, the entire left side of glutes, ending with flat back, round back + c curve core work using the ball, lumped into one master abs set. The burn was real. The challenge level was exceptional. The sweat def happened. And Chad’s creativity + effort was more than appreciated!

    Babette is a lovely human and a great teacher. I will say that Barre3 is way overcrowding the classes, which is unfortunate. It’s really hard to do moves on the mat, and we spent half the class on the mats. I’d prefer more time upright and more cardio work.

    Angela is such an experienced and wonderful instructor. She always offers modifications and is very easy to follow. I’ve gone to flybarre for years and her classes are still challenging and some of my favorites. One note though-Flywheel does need to wipe down the mats more often. There was a massive dust bunny on my mat tonight.

    Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better.     The best! A Challenging, non-stop, full body, low impact, but high intensity workout that tests your balance, coordination, strength + muscle endurance in a completely different way from strength training / lifting. It’s pretty much a mega former class, but without the machine, using bungees + gliders instead. Caroline always puts in so much thought into her profiles to continually keep them interesting, creative + burn worthy. There’s nothing better than an instructor who truly loves what she does, wants to give her students a 5 star show week after week + who’s genuinely interested in demanding more from attendees.

    Pure Reform (50 Mins)

    Pure Reform is such a great full body workout and switch up from barre! I was worried there might be too much cardio or crazy lifting but it’s not at all- it’s a really nice flow. I really liked the sliders and resistance bands we use- it feels like I’m truly toning and using my muscles in very targeted new ways. You’re constantly engaging your core. Reisa is the best teacher!! So patient, energetic, and encouraging and totally knows her stuff.

Such as the fact the throughout the class we would be shaking and that is normal for first timers.
