Shoshi led such a fun class! My only really critique was that it was hard to hear her cues over the music at the beginning of class, but once she realized we couldn’t hear her, she started walking around the room. A mic would be nice though!

    Hot Vinyasa Flow

The space is so beautiful! I love the hot yoga room, has a really interesting anti-microbial floor. David led the flow today and I really enjoyed the pace of the class and direction I was able to take my practice in. Very friendly staff, I learned something new today! Great start to my weekend, thanks so much!

    In-Studio Open Level (heated)

I enjoyed my time at this studio. Everyone was super nice and familiar with each other, it gave a family vibe. The studio is small and it was a full class so space was tight but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the class. They provide all tools needed for class but you can also bring your own. Michael was very nice, funny, and informative. I enjoyed his teaching style. There is a parking lot so parking is easy and bonus there is a juice bar next door.

    Yin Yoga

Loved the instructor, she was awesome, so I gave 5 stars. However, the space is strange - it has a combo of wood floor like a normal studio and green fake grass mats, so squeezing everyone in was awkward. I don’t understand why they don’t have a more conducive studio space because the overall venue is huge!! I would definitely do this class again though

Such a lovely xp! Beautiful space and super nice staff. Be aware that this is kundalini yoga, which is not focused on asana poses or movement but meditation and pranayama breathwork. It’s a very different kind of yoga compared to what is taught at almost all other studios. Great for clearing your mind and getting outside your comfort zone!

This Pilates Class was small and intimate. If you are taking the first morning class, you have to wait for the floor to be unlocked on the elevator. Yan was helpful when I struggled to do some of the exercises. She also ran the class bilingually (mandarin and English). Overall , it was a good class and I would definitely come back.

Art of Tabla - Immersive Hand and Finger Drumming Class

Free flowing session was really fun and you can tell Siddhartha puts his heart into it. A lot of esoteric conversation. Lots of tablas and other assorted percussive instruments. He’s a great tabla drummer! Would recommend going into a session with an open mind and no expectations. We went for a n “experience” which gets you acquainted with the instruments and Siddhartha. Only 1 of each instrument and experiences are unstructured. He is self taught and likely to help guide you along your own journey of becoming self taught. Space quite small.

Katie is an incredible instructor! She teaches a great yin class with lots of heart and hip openers that I really enjoyed and felt much more open at the end of class. She is also a reiki master and she incorporated that into the class in a way that was totally cleansing and left me feeling very free. I can’t say enough good things about her class!
