It was just the right amount of intensity where I felt challenged, accomplished and ready to start my day on a positive high. Nicky is so kind, positive, and most importantly, a knowledgeable instructor. She corrected my form a couple of times on exercises that I now realize I had been doing wrong for years! The Sunday 9a class (think it’s called Floor & Core) rocks and ticks every box: kick-arse workout of every muscle group plus cardio and abs, adjustible to every fitness level, plus the best part: Lisa is so knowledgeable and motivational.
