She led an excelent restorative yoga session for 20 min or so then we transitioned outside to run to Audubon Park and get in a shakeout 11 min oace for 3.5 miles. Would highly reccommend her and this class to any run ers looking to do a run er specific no impact routine a few days out of a big race...I run Big Easy Half Marathon in 2 days and this was just what I needed ! #MYBkrewe #YOGA #LiveOagYoga
