    barre3

New favorite barre3 instructor! Awesome class. Very supportive and encouraging instructor. Loved the heavier weights and slower reps to really get the most of the hour. Challenging, but felt calm and refreshed by the end. Fantastic!

Friendly, energetic, and encouraging instructor. The class was a bit more cardio than I’m used to for barre and barre3 in particular. I liked the studio. It was bright and didn’t feel cramped even though there were a good amount of us there.

Love Jen’s classes! Always unique and leave feeling like I got an amazing barre workout. Love that it’s always different and never the same ole barre routine.

Incredible instructor. A Knowledgeable, effective teacher with a great energy and executed a KILLER class. Great for all levels, modifications provided, but also challenging for advance students. She checked in with each student and corrected form; So refreshing to see! I will definitely visit again next time Im in town. TY!

Fast paced - you need a few sessions to get the routine down - but definitely worth it. Jackie was energetic and supportive to all levels of ability.

    Pure Barre Classic

Michele did a great job of working with someone who was a first timer and leading the class for the rest of us. I think that Pure Barre is generally the hardest of the barre classes I’ve attended (Barre3, Romney, Dailey Method, BarreWorks, Bar Method- some of these don’t exist in New Orleans). A beginner could definitely attend this class but I wouldn’t be deterred if you’re not able to get everything the first time. I think part of what makes Pure Barre so challenging is that the class moves pretty quickly.

Such a great workout! Im never disappointed and always feel like I worked my butt off. This class has me sweating and working harder than your average Barre class but is NOT as intense as a boot camp style class. The studio is clean. Tonights class had 4 people plus the instructor. Alicia. People are not super chatty but nice and nonjudgmental.
