see all reviewsMarlen was a great teacher! Class was definitely at more of a beginner pace. Obviously the class is in the middle of a boxing gym so it’s not exactly a cozy yoga environment. But if you know that going in, you’ll enjoy it!

see all reviewsI attended a C2 class with Ivy. It was one of the best breath to movement vinyasa classes i’ve ever been to. I thought that the flow of asanas was very smooth with thoughtful transitions between all poses. Loved the meditative music in the background. Would love to come back to Ivy’s class again! (My only feedback is to consider having more classes with less heat at core power , I enjoy a nice room temp class).
