The studio was well lit, the instructor was great for a first time, though I do recommend doing their intro classes especially if you’ve never taken anything on a reformer. I think the inventor of the reformer would be shocked that this level of intensity has been discovered on the machine — this not for the faint of or for someone looking to ease themselves into moving their body. You can come with zero knowledge and you will leave with fundamentals explained and demonstrated and drilled.
