    3 x 3

Love this class. You’ll work core, upper and lower 3 times. The first round seems slow and like you’re not doing much, but don’t be fooled- the 2nd and 3rd rounds there are less pauses and you’ll definitely sweat and start to feel it. I usually take classes with lighter 3-5 lb weights, but definitely go for heavier weights in here since you’ll do lots of squats with them! Macie is great too and the class goes by so quick (even at 545am).

Beginner friendly! I’ve gone to a few different boxing studios, most chain locations never go over basics but this one did. It makes all the difference because it’s easy to hurt yourself if you forget technique. My new favorite cardio. My Apple watch says i burned 745 calories! My only suggestion is to adjust the lighting, it was too dark.
