see all reviewsWow! Hot yoga was definitely hot! I don’t remember the last time I sweat before today, but I was drenched. Molly was super friendly and helpful and easy to follow along with. I would say that this class is beginner friendly but not if you’re not used to high heat. I definitely recommend! They even give you cold, lavender towels after that felt SO good. There’s a water bottle refilling station and ample parking. All props are able to be used, but bring your own mat!
