    Loved loved loved Rachel’s choice in music, the class was challenging in keeping up with the tempo and pushing with speed. Loved it and her class reminded me how much I love spin and seeing the progress I’ve personally have made since I started a few months ago. Will definitely be back!

    Circuit Class

    Hi Maddie! I loved your 9:00 am Sat class. So happy I did it. There were 11 people in the class and Maddie had us each start at a different station. She demonstrated the exercises and had signs at each station. The routine was prepared in advance and was spaced out well with varied exercise for all the different muscle groups and cardio with different dumbbell sizes depending on your preference. The music was energizing and Maddie was encouraging and motivating. The warehouse gym is very chic. In the middle of the workout we all took a break from the circuit to do planks, push-ups and crunches etc and the end we had other groups activities. Thanks everyone for showing me how it’s done. Very fun.
