    My favorite yoga/strength I’ve done! I really enjoyed how she focused on specific body parts & combining both yoga & strength to maximize those parts & loosen them up as well!!     Wow! Hot yoga was definitely hot! I don’t remember the last time I sweat before today, but I was drenched. Molly was super friendly and helpful and easy to follow along with. I would say that this class is beginner friendly but not if you’re not used to high heat. I definitely recommend! They even give you cold, lavender towels after that felt SO good. There’s a water bottle refilling station and ample parking. All props are able to be used, but bring your own mat!

    Hi Maddie! I loved your 9:00 am Sat class. So happy I did it. There were 11 people in the class and Maddie had us each start at a different station. She demonstrated the exercises and had signs at each station. The routine was prepared in advance and was spaced out well with varied exercise for all the different muscle groups and cardio with different dumbbell sizes depending on your preference. The music was energizing and Maddie was encouraging and motivating. The warehouse gym is very chic. In the middle of the workout we all took a break from the circuit to do planks, push-ups and crunches etc and the end we had other groups activities. Thanks everyone for showing me how it’s done. Very fun.
