    It was a tough class! We did 10 three minutes circuits, and I have jelly noodle legs now. There are a lot of plyometrics so if youre like me and have a bad spine, you might need to modify. Regardless, its still one of my favorites

    Good mix of cardio and weights. Others are right - Josh plays great music to keep you motivated throughout the class! There is a ton of running in this class, so if you have any issues with that, this might not be the workout for you.
