see all reviewsAs with any new class, a little overwhelming as a newbie but instructor Cody was awesome! From the get go, he was super positive and welcoming. Throughout the class he made sure I knew what I was doing and gave me pointers along the way. The atmosphere from the others in the class wasn’t quite as welcoming but Cody made it a very positive experience for me. The workout itself was challenging but can cater to your own fitness level. This was a great workout overall! Thanks Cody!

see all reviewsThis was hands down one of the most friendly and welcoming studios that I’ve ever been to!! The staff and patrons are incredible, positive and welcoming. Everyone was happy to show me around and excited to meet me. The workout was fantastic. Definitely hope to return!
