The workout was fun and circuit style. The trainer helped with form and was encouraging. I liked how there were no specific repetitions so that I could pace myself based on my ability and keep up with the same sets per activity.

see all reviewsThis was SUCH a fun workout! I was very intimidated going in as a beginner to weights and HIIT, but the staff was so attentive and kind. Kayla really came through for me multiple times, walking around and giving me form corrections here and there or showing me how to use equipment. I love that you can pop in anytime, as classes rotate every 7min. It’s a hard workout but it moves so quickly you don’t have time to think about it. It was also the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in! Will be back weekly now!

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class! I’ve taken boxing classes at other studios around Nashville and the studio was by far my favorite. Anthony was a fantastic instructor. He had the perfect amount of energy to motivate people on an early Thursday morning. He was encouraging and he pushed us to do our best. The music was upbeat and Anthony did a great job, making sure the space was welcoming to people who had never boxed before. I appreciated that they explained all of the punches before the class. Even even though I’ve been to boxing classes before, nobody has actually explained the punches before. Overall, I had a great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

Beginner friendly, not necessarily for the seasoned yogi. The class is hosted at a wellness clinic/office in a carpeted room without any mirrors. Clear signage in the parking lot confirming where to go and very kind staff greeted us at the door to show us how to get to the basement level yoga room. Keep an eye on this spot as they're in the first couple weeks of introducing their yoga offering. The experience could definitely evolve!
