The instructor was very helpful through out the class. She showed me how I can correct my form and with her demonstration, I was able to follow each exercises for the most part. Definitely recommend this place and instructor!

see all reviewsThe class was fairly full and has many regulars which is a good sign. The yoga poses were challenging, but also good for beginners. I had a great workout followed by a calm relaxation in savasana. The instructor very keenly pointed out the correct form and which part of the body should feel a stretch. Sometimes, when my form was off, she would say something in her instructions that would allow me correct it. It looked like she did this with everyone, so definitely a great instructor to have!
